The composition of the Committee is as under:

Roles & Responsibilities:   

1. The Committee will conduct a monthly review meeting in the third week of every month to review the status of grievances and appeals.

2. The meeting will review pending grievances and appeals, disposal quality, timeline compliance, recurring issues, and corrective measures to address systemic issues.
